`Optional` `Readonly`cache

cache?: boolean | CoilCache

The coil cache, which drops a coil write whose state the device already holds.

Pass false to write every state. Pass a cache to share one with something else. By default, the transport supplies one coil cache for every unit.

Limits handed to the coil planners.
