Whether the flush must send this write when a cache holds the same value. true when the flush must send this write when a cache holds the same value. A newer write to the same address in the same batch keeps this flag. Otherwise the cache can suppress the newer value, and the caller that asked for the bypass sees success for a write that did not reach the device.
